- this petition is against the progressive training syllabus that the Royal Air Force Air Cadets is planing to bring in, this progressive syllabus gives you a badge for starting a course, and in my view, this demotivates the cadets, as you should work hard to achieve a badge, and be proud in earning it, not be given a badge. WE ARE NOT THE SCOUTS!!! the current syllabus works fine, there is no need to change it
