Petition Against the Mexican Gray Wolf

Let's turn the wolves loose in Washington, D. C.

It is very questionable that the "Mexican Gray Wolves" in this program are truly a distinct and verifiable genetic "Mexican Gray Wolf" to begin with. The wolves selected as the exemplar animals for this experiment were at best selected by a committee that simply "guessed" at the designating factors used to include them in the "experiment". There were several animals that did not match the "guesstimate" criteria were killed when they were determined not to match the game plan. So much for animal loving action there.

Wolves are a huge problem. The FWS doesnt give a crap about the people that they are supposed to be working for. And environmentalists are too emotionally invested in saving an animal they know nothing about. But what else is new. I got an idea, lets get some "activists" that support the Endangered Species Act to go up into the mountains of NM, or AZ and get up close and personal with the wolves they feel they need to protect so much.

The MGW reintroduction program is fraught with provable fraud...in accountability, economics, societal impacts, management, science, etc. In fact, it is a pinnacle for the new paradigm of "adaptive management"...using adaptive science. This Ponzi scheme must be stopped immediately and those involved in furthering the lies, the funding, fraudulent science and misinformation to the public should be tried in a court of law, and when found guilty sentenced. And yes, that includes those who helped allocate funding in Congress, those Congressmen whom have sat aside and done nothing to stop the negative effects of a despotic agency and program despite constant pleas, Ashe, Tuggle, Barrett, et al. And those whom have pandered away peoples rights, or are currently pandering away their rights, under the guise of being official cooperators should go down in flames with the rest.

Please, please, please reconsider the expense to an already strapped government and the cost to our pursuit of life, liberty and happiness.... The rancher is the foundation of the west and settled where no one else would settle. We depend on our livelihood to stay here...we need to be able to defend ourselves against predators that kill indiscriminately!

Wolf population should not be increased to be hunted like a game animal which they are not.

We don't need any more preditors of our wildlife!

I am adamently against listing the Mexican Gray Wolf as ENDANGERED! This concept is beyond ridiculous and of course harmful to human beings and their pets/livestock.

Delist this non-native animal!

Poeple are the endangered species here, NOT the grey wolf!

Do not protect these animals by putting them on the endangered species list!

Wolves are not scavengers. They hunt in packs and kill anything they can catch. Pups are taught to hunt and kill through practice, and in the process a great many prey animals are slaughtered and not eaten by wolves. The overgrown cougar population has decimated deer herds. Introducing wolves will wipe out what is left. Nobody misses wolves. They are not cute cuddly puppies. There are no scientific studies that show wolves are necessary in California, or that they can co-exist safely with the human population. Deer hunting generates billions of dollars, and supports rural communities that have lost other forms of income, such as logging. Small towns count on tourism and hunting income to survive. Very few people ever see a wolf in the wild, even when wolf populations are native and healthy. So planting wolves in California will generate zero income. Period. Wolves were eradicated in the past for good reasons. Those reasons are just as valid, if not more so, today.

Those sweet little "native" disease-carrying, 150 pound, jaw crushing, apex predator, DNA sport livestock stressing killing, government planted and protected, private property rights destroying machines that cross international borders down from Canada and up from Mexico to claim home territory in the United States of America, are not an endangered species. Stop the expansion of the non-native Mexican Gray Wolf" and demand the "delisting of the Gray Wolf off the Endangered Species List! This pushing wolves into rural areas causes ranchers and farmers the lose of livestock and endangers children, plus this is apart of the pushing of Agenda 21. Anyone who favors this live in cities and have no idea the destruction this causes those who live in rural areas. Do not introduce Mexican wolves into the US.Take wolves off the endangered species list.

Request the USF&W NOT list the non-native Mexican Gray Wolf or any other wolf on the endangered species list. What is becoming extremely endangered is Rural America,the farmers and ranchers and economic stability by using our natural resources.

We sure don't need them back. The F &wild life should spend the money on something worthwhile.
