Inheriting the dilapidated infrastructure and a Municipality that is a mess state, that happen for over 10years. It is not something you can clean in just 3year.
Where in the first 2year the was shutdown after shutdown that was politically motivated, disruption of service and sabotage of infrastructure by demolishing.
The Municipality had challenges of Executive as it has been without Manager and Directors in the last 2years. It is only now by December a Municipal Manager was appointed, in the process followed Directors and office managers.
It is only fair to give them enough time to work their magic with full executive powers.
As a young person residing in Ngwathe, I stand to differ with the judgement of the high court against Ngwathe Local municipality. It's unfair and it needs to be withdrawn.

The municipality is doing far better than it did previously, no need for it to be dissolved.

We have voted for that Council don't dissolve it. You'll be abusing our rights.
