The midwives should be called back because they really had nothing to do with our failure to attend the tree planting the midwives called us and its us who didn't want to attend.
Personally I didn't attend because I didn't want to encounter Nabukera again she's the one that did us dirty at the tree planting not jazira or cissy

These midwives sacrifice their sleep for the mothers. They are answering our messages day and night, attending to us in hospital. Pregnancy is dynamic. It comes with it's own challenges and people are different. These midwives understand our challenges. They are the reason we have kept coming to C-care and they are the reason C-care is shining and the reason we talk about C-care and the women's centre even when we have left the hospital. Tree planting is a very lame reason to dismiss someone. The hospital needs to understand the gift it has, especially the gift of musawo Cissie. She is selfless and committed to the mothers. Medical practice is not just a profession to her. It is a calling. This is who she is and if this hospital understands this, they should want to retain her as long as she can serve. This kind of person is not easy to find. So when you have such people on your team, treasure them. I suggest the hospital hires tree planters and we can each make a small contribution of 5000shs or 10,000shs towards payment of the planters. These midwives are not horticulturalists. They are midwives and as much as i know, they are doing their work perfectly.
