Firing someone because mother's did not attend a tree planting session is really unfair. They had no control over that

They are best midwives I have ever met my life
They behave mature during the process which made to love my journey of pregnancy
They give immediately response if needed and they handle with care
Personally I love them they made even to chose IHK over ather hospitals even thou am far I travel at least 3hrs to reach the hospital
TS really bad to here that they where fired and you have just killed my love for your hospital due the reason is not reasoning being honest

Hire people to plant trees & call us to pick our babies’ certificates at a convinient time. Ending a midwife’s contract over planting trees is unheard of! Very absurd!
