Enough is enough. We can not accept more congestion in this village. No parking. No law inforcement, no control in bypass traffic coming through the village at rush hour. Think again.

The increase in traffic and the loss of another iconic building in the village are the main concerns. The thought of the access via Station Road and Thomas Street is horrendous for those who live there and will only add to the already chaotic traffic situation in the village.

This is a family run pub by my mother and step farther and they have put so much time effort and money into keeping this place open and it will be a shame and upset to see all there hard work go down the drain over some stupid houses this is my parents lively hood and a place where the community gets to come meet up with friends and family ect

The de wonton pub has had it's ups and down over the years . The community should get together and stand by the pub which has welcomed everyone to in and has always had a friendly face .

Thomas Street will be severely impacted by this development - noise, safety, parking, property value etc.

Think this is a terrible idea if I'm being honest, it's been on the cards for a few years people talking about it, but this is not what the Brad wants, it's a block of 3 flats and 6 houses who knows United Welsh who are going put in there, and with the road going through Thomas street is already a joke, there's basically no where to park in the street, I say keep the Dee Winton, had many memories in there and being gutted if it goes, the Dee just needs to be modernised and looked after and I'm sure we can get the Dee back back on map!

The village can't cope with the amount of traffic through village as it is parking is also a nightmare throughout the village, also the surrounding houses are gonna have some disturbance with the building affecting the properties and the access to properties in both Thomas street and to the rear and front of Dewinton tce

It is ludicrous to build more houses that would be a strain on the sewerage system and electricity grid not to mention more cars on a already deadlock road at certain times of the day! You are irresponsible and are only thinking of profit while the people of Llanbradach suffers even more

I live in thomas street. It's not just the parking and speeding cars that will get worse it's the fact that alot of these old terraced houses are prone to subsidence and the building work Will cause huge implications.
