What has gone on in the past couple of weeks is disgraceful and thank goodness most New Zealanders feel the way I do.

I think this is so unfair that you have treated Cliff and he should be left alone to live his own life.

This is total violation of search rules and total disregard for the person being investigated. Murderers are treated with more discretion.

What a horrible story about an innocent man

I'm disgusted with the BBC using our license money to destroy the reputation of an innocent man for a cheap story. The accusation is extremely flimsy, and considering the BBC employed Jimmy Savile for decades and turned a blind eye to his activities, they have no right to be remotely judgemental about someone who has never been charged with any crime.

Nothing against the BBC but the treatment of Sir Cliff has been shameful. He's been tainted by this story and he hadn't been interviewed never mind arrested or charged. They're protective of their source but not the subject. How is that fair? The BBC were trying to make up for past mistakes and have ended up making another. with Cliff Richard as the fall guy. All this has done has stoke up Cliff haters on the internet who are peddling the most outrageous LIES about him.

The way the BBC acted in covering the raid on Sir Cliff Richard's apartment was disgraceful particularly as he has not been charged with anything.
