The whole thing is a disgrace! Action needs to be taken NOW, starting with a public apology to Sir Cliff from the BBC. Sir Cliff is INNOCENT & the BBC are GUILTY of character assassination!

A PUBLIC APOLOGY AND A LITTLE DECENCY SHOULD BE SHOWN TO SIR CLIFF RICHARD FOR THE DISGUSTING WAY HE WAS TREATED IN THIS RIDICULOUS FARCE OF A CASE. SHOW HIM A LITTKE RESPECT.

Yes Cliff deserves a full public apology from both the BBC and the police. It is outrageous how this good generous man has been treated. His name should never have been plastered all over the media and his name slandered when he has not even been charged or arrested for anything. I myself believe him to be innocent as anyone who knows him or about him would feel the same.

I think this was an appalling way to treat Sir Cliff. This should never have happened and Cliff quite rightly deserves an apology by the Chairman of the BBC.

The way both the BBC and the police have treated Sir Cliff is absolutely out of order. Rolf Harris wasn'tnamed until he was charged. What makes it so different for Sir Cliff?

The BBC should give Sir Cliff Richard a full public apology for their ridiculous coverage of the search on his private house, without his being even questioned by the South Yorkshire police, or being informed of the search as he was on holiday!
