I think the way Sir Cliff was treated was absolutely disgusting and although the harm they have done to his reputation can never be changed a public apology is the least they can do.0

Even IF Cliff had been guilty (which never was going to happen) the BBC acted very inappropriately. For the coverage to be on TV for the whole world to see without the person concernedbeing informed was totally out of order.

I believe there should be a public apology to Sir Cliff for the scandalous way he was treated and invasion of his privacy. I believe this should be by way of the social media sites and public media and without delay.
