I do not do Twitter or Facebook, but I resent the diea that historical, and unproven accusations should tarnish a persons reputation.

Seems to me it was an excuse to sensasionlize a story just for the sake of it with no real evidence!!shocking for the private individual!!!at my expense!!money refund would be appropriate!!

Using taxpayers money to hound & harass an innocent Man whom was never even arrested or charged, all in the name of Journalism. And the BBC has the absolute gall to appeal the judgement against them!! Funded yet again by the taxpayer, what a disgrace the senior management is at the BBC.

The cost of this legal argument is not why I pay my BBC TV License, if the Board wish to pursue this course, let them pay. I will not agree with this use of MY money.

Be sure of your facts first BBC before you ruin anyone’s reputation, this is just another reason why the BBC needs a big shake up and guess who is going to pay this fine....yep us through the license fee....i used to love the BBC not anymore and we pay for that with a gun to our head way way out of control!

Disgusting treatment of Sir Cliff - the BBC's long-held prejudice and ridicule against him and other Christian artists, because of their faith, coming through loud and clear.

the way everything was handled was disgusting, the police tipped off the BBC so they were there filming the raid that took place before anything was even disproved so the police and the BBC should publicly ap[ologise to Cliff
