Petition Against Sunset Amphitheater on Frisco Road in Yukon, OK

I don’t approve of the amphitheater

The reason I moved to Yukon, specifically the neighborhood I chose, is because it's quiet with low traffic. This construction directly and negatively impacts this.

Live on Frisco Rd I oppose

There are better ways to use this land that would benefit the community and surrounding neighborhoods.

We moved out this way over 25 years ago for the peace and quiet. City living but also with a feel of living in the country. We can hear the train and cows, etc. that is what we love about this area. We do NOT want the noise or extra traffic! We already get the loud announcer noise from the BMX track and the football games. Can we please leave some land untouched for crying out loud? God only gave us so much land to enjoy, let’s not take up every acre of it with unnecessary things.

I stand with others in the community to oppose the building of the amphitheater.

The neighborhoods desire to have their mental and health valued.

NOT IN MY BACK YARD, OR MY NEIGHBORS BACKYARD.

Someone should actually go visit the Colorado Springs venue and measure the sound levels and visit with people in the nearby neighborhoods to see how they feel about having an amphitheater in their community. I sure wouldn’t take the word of someone who is being paid by the company who is promoting this project.

I say no to the music amphitheater

Please consider the increased usage of water electro and sewer. Yukon is already dealing with shortages and intermittent power outages

We do not want this in our neighborhood.

I do NOT want the amphitheater anywhere around Yukon. There is TOO MUCH traffic in Yukon now. We need better infrastructure.

Not good for traffic in our area it’s already a mess

I do not want the amphitheater in Yukon. Not only will it increase traffic, but crime will go up. People moved to Yukon to get away from traffic, noise, and crime. This will bring all three to our quiet city. This is unfair for the residents of Yukon. Please do not put an the amphitheater.
