Please amend the Pharmacy Bill to include the plight of Pharmacies. Pharmacies boost country economy too. The Bill suppresses pharmacy profession. The pharmacists 'role should be expanded like in Developed Countries. The Health Care Cost can be controlled through effective pharmacoeconomics . Even if the Dispensing Right is not approved, please do not change existing line up of Doctors and Pharmacy practices.

This law professes non professionalism, its self interest and greed of the decision makers. No public and patients interest at all. This is against medical professional ethics.

We should not let our rights to be taken away just like that. We are experts and we are not even respected as a healthcare team member. How can those who dont even have compounding in their syllabus can be able to compound. This is so ridiculous. Do not play with patients life. Give us our rights..

It's not making any sense while it can't give the protection to patient safety or understanding ,taking the prescribing action and rights for granted.

Any legislative draft related medical profession should be openly discussed with the professional and public. The implication of adapting close door discussion with the selected panels might end up with loop holes like the we seen in this draft. Passing a law amendment should be a fast track child play rubber stamp, the Rakyat need to be informed via public hearing before you table to the Parlimen for legislative process.

The content of the new pharmacy bill has a lot to improve. After so many years of effort, it seems that our pharmacy board is still lacking the required courage and knowledge to prepare an good bill that will bring balance to our healthcare.
