I feel like this few points are indeed crucial for not only a stricter procedure to dispense drug, but also ease the process of tracking a patient's medication history and protect their wellbeing.

This really isn't fair for pharmacist. And I don't see the benefit towards the profession. On the other hand I think it is suppressing the development of pharmacy profession.
