This decision make does not make sense and can lead to serious implication which are:
1. people can buy controlled drugs without prescription
2. the dosage of drug prescribed shall be based on the indication and diagnosis,it should be included to be recheck to reduce error.
3. how come other people that have no experience in compounding can do it especially if it have controlled ingredients.
4. psychotropic drug may be used wrongly if can be dispensed by the same person that prescribed it.
5. a pharmacist can be supervised by other person that does not have better knowledge about drugs? are you kidding me?

It is very important for pharmacist to give out the prescriptions as they have the knowledge on the medications given, this may help in terms of reducing the error that might occur while giving out the meds to patients

Please dont abolished the rights of malaysian pharmacists to have their proper work. What is the function of their hard earned knowledge, their sacrificed time for their clinical practice if you just took away their only chance to make proper living in this harsh living condition in malaysia ?
