Petition against RUUF

Pleasw check the job scope of doctor and pharmacy. Why is the profession of pharmacy exist at the first place. No prescription? Who is going to accountable for errors and misjudgement on medication as well as dosage. Patient?

It is time for the country to move forward and modernize rather than clinging on to archaic pre-independence act. Prescription is very important so patient will know what is the health issue and type of drug given. Many other countries in the world including Thailand and Indonesia have practiced this so should not be making an issue about it. Why issuance of prescription is not mandatory is beyond baffling, is there anything to hide or trying to protect some few people's interest?

This new law will endanger the patient's life. Without indication or prescription, patient will not know what medication that he/she took and this will affect the patient compliance toward the medication as well. Besides that it will increase the medication errors. Please reconsider for the wellbeing of all Malaysian.

As a health care profession, we should take patient's health as a priority but not as profit. We should moving forward in the way to improve the quality of our healthcare.

I diasgree with this RUUF. I'm a pharmacy student so when I become a pharmacist, I don't want this to happen.

Tis seems like a bad idea to let loose

I think patients prescribing medication should be supervised by pharmacist, moreover, the government should respect all occupations including pharmacists by giving them certain freedom with respect to their profession.

I disagree because it will affects the pharmacist proffession for long term.

Let us, pharmacists be pharmacists. We, all healthcare providers, should work as a team towards the betterment of the community.

I think the government should protect the pharmacists in Malaysia.
