Prescriptions are medico-legal records: So are patient case notes. if indications / diagnoses appear in case notes, why not in prescriptions? Patient safety relies on access to information: Government- make this happen!

The latest Pharmacy Bill (Rang Undang Undang Farmasi) as announced by the Ministry of Health (KKM) on 9th May 2016 fails to provide sufficient protection to patients/consumers' rights and interests. Also, it does not help pharmacy profession development and healthcare system as a whole in Malaysia.
