Why don't Malaysia practice regulated laws as like Australia/ Uk and many other countries where controlled medicines can only be dispensed under doctor's prescription? That way, doctors need not issue or worry about medications, and only prescribe and the patient should go to the pharmacist to get their prescribed medications
