RUUF should not be approved if you are a person who truly cares about the future of the medical field in Malaysia. This new act not only restrict the rights of the pharmacist but also their profession.

RUUF goes against the profession of a pharmacist and healthcare. The restricted access to medications (example requirement of prescription) is necessary for patients safety.

RUUF in its current form cannot be allowed to pass! It enforces the 'one-man-show' type of practice by private practitioners, contrary to the requisite checks and balance mandatory in developed countries. Pharmacists, if there is a time to make your voice heard, this is it!

No indications on prescription is not how a prescription supposed to be, its supposed to convey enough information so whoever filling the prescription is able to counter check the correct medicine prescribed for the particular indicattions.
This RUUF is making pharmacist a NOBODY, neglected us as part of HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL, which is supposed to work as a team with other healthcare professionals.
Please make a better Act for our nations' righteous and benefits, and not to take care of advantages of the Rich and Strong Group of Doctors. We, and nations deserved fair and unbiased Acts and regulations. Please listen to us, the weak and need-to-be taken care of group.

Pharmacists have been waiting for DISPENSING SEPARATION for more than 30 years. Now is an excellent time to implement Dispensing Separation as it BENEFITS THE RAKYAT and also can help to overcome unemployment of new pharmacy graduates, medical doctors and dispensers.
