Doctor is not the expertise of medicine, their heavy duty will lead to medication error. Therefore, in order to prevent prescription error and dispensing error, medication should only be dispense by pharmacist.

Patient safety in a healthcare system should always be placed at the first place. The only way to practice that is via the check and balance system, which is reachable by the dispensing separation.

please do consider for the benefit to the patients. prescription without indication doesn't help patient. pharmacists are here to be as second line to aid in better healthcare.
