Medication error happens everyday everywhere which bring harm or event death to the patient. Yet policy maker doesn't care about this at all... What a sad situation!

I really hope that the government would take into consideration the need of amendmeent in this RUUF thing. Its not only about the pharmacist profession but also about the patient safety.
