Currently a pharamcy undergraduate . As a future pharmacist , I feel that this new regulation and law for medicine control is not convincing and the right of pharmacist as a professional in drug and medication has been tookovered by other profession. We have to fight and protect our rights !

The first concern of all healthcare professionals should be the safety of their patients, based on the available evidence. I see no consideration of the evidence which describes the negative impact doctor-dispensing has on patient safety in the RUUF.
Put patients first.

I'm neither a pharmacist nor a medical practitioner, however I'm strongly against the latest draft of RUUF as certain provisions as highlighted clearly erode the professionalism in the pharmaceutical and medical industry, and importantly, the Draft undermines the interests and rights of consumers.
Furthermore, allowing pharmaceutical work to be performed by non-pharmacists is apparently ridiculous and insulting to your own industry.
Therefore, I urge the relevant authorities to revise and amend the Draft to act in the public interest and save the professional image of your industry. As a sound consumer, I specifically demand for the information of diagnosis and issuance of prescriptions to be made MANDATORY to hold the practitioners accountable to the patients.
