The new ruuf guideline will increase the drug related problem such as polypharmacy and drug drug interactions in patient, despite that, pharmacist role are too restricted and cannot contribute to the patient to the fullest of their knowledge.

The law shall not be implemented as it despises the rights of citizens to receive appropriate therapy safely and does not provide any benefits for pharmacists or any pharmacist-to-be.

It is a counter-checking procedure for the sake of patients. Indication and diagnosis can prevent patients from having resistance towards certain medication,which can be prevented.
Misuse of Psychotropic drugs can also be avoided. It is unrelated to which profession,however we have to think from patients' perspective.

Please reject RUUF as this policies not only bring negative effect to pharmacist ,but also to the future of malaysia and global healthcare sector.The only way to improve is moving forward but not established this kind of policies that bring our nation backwards.

pharmacists should be given the role as pharmacists major in drugs, and doctors mainly study on diagnosis only, Therefore, there would be limited knowledge of drug by most doctors/ non-pharmacists. There are already lots of examples that doctor prescribed unsuitable drugs for patients, and this may cause harm to the patients.
