I'm a pharmacy student, I think this law should be banned as the indication is important for the patients.

Dispensing should be fully given to registered pharmacists that have struggling four years to learn about medicine. If pharmacist job taken by non-pharmacist, what should pharmacist supposed to do?

There is no reason at all for this RUUF, it just gave more power to people who has no background knowledge in medicine to dispense and supervise, without know how, how in the world can they supervise effectively? Do away with prescription? Then who will bear responsibility should something happened to patients if they should take the medicine incorrectly? Why are the laws getting more lax instead being more on par with world standards?

Only by stopping implementation of RUUF, we remain our role as pharmacist.

I believe the verification by pharmacists as experts in the field of medicine should be maintained to prevent abuse by others in the medical profession. They are trained experts who should be regulating the medicine itself and their place in the law must be preserved.
