There is loop holes in this new regulations suggested. As a future pharmacist, I totally would not agree that prescriptions are not mandatory for patients to purchase medications as well as uncontrolled selling of psychotropic drugs by prescribers themselves. If these regulations were to be approved, uncontrolled drug use and abuse will definitely happen. Soon there will be black market for drug dealers as there are easy accessibility for them to purchase and sell or trade these dangerous drugs.

I don't think this has protect the right of pharmacy. If anyone can do the job of pharmacy, then what is the value of this occupation??? Even a spm qualifier can do , future malaysia healthcare quality will be gone.
