Agree with wording of and all points made in petition and reiterate: No possible infected person quarantined at NYC plus all personnel required at the site for any reason whatsoever, nor any visitors to or from the site, should enter the town of Henties Bay in order to protect our mainly elderly and poor population. Also we would like to wish all quarantined people and Covid 19 infected fellow Namibians well. A special thanks to the medical personnel, the cleaners, the chefs, the security and all others who helps streamlining the process. May our Government be blessed with wisdom.

We don't want the facility in Henties that is so close to the Elderly and for more we don't want any of the COVID 19 patients and quarintine facility in Henties. All the time we kept ourselves safe. They must leave Henties Bay.

Totally unacceptable that our Elders must be put in harms way because inconsiderate conspiracy theorites decided the virus is a hoax and did selfishly ignored the precautions set in place to avoid the spread and persons appointed to ensure our safety wasted precious time to sort out the necessary and required facilities in all towns and regions and now a town which is vulnerable and which had no positive cases much come in harms way and endangour our elders, parents and grand parents who actually adhered to the regulations, hence no positive cases till now! Infected persons has already escaped into Omdel and that to find alchohol, totally ludicrous!!
Please get protocols in place, before making our town a quarantine area.
