Keep all of the people and doctors at the centre ,they can order their food and essential stuff via telephone and it can be delivered to them, our people do not need to go and cook for them or clean, they all are grown ups and can do this for themselves, they have to keep their distance

Why not let the medical staff stay at the facility in the officials courtes why in henties right next to the frail care a truck can take their food and requirements to the facility

The facility also must be guarded so no one can climb over the fence to visit town.
