As a member of the Banking Insurance Finance Union(BIFU) listed below I hereby petition BIFU elections 2021 due to the below reasons:

1. THAT I was NOT NOTIFIED of the election DATES, TIMES and VENUES of the elections.
2. THAT I have NEVER been informed of the BRANCH I belong to so that I can exercise my Trade Union's constitutional rights in regards to elections and other activities.
3. THAT there DOES NOT exist a BRANCH REGISTER where I can get contacts of members to enable me campaign for elections so as to be elected as an official if I want to vie.
4. THAT I have NEVER been issued with a MEMBERSHIP CARD for identification in an ELECTION process.
5. THAT any purported BRANCH or NATIONAL election RESULTS FILED with the office of the Registrar of Trade Unions should be Nullified
