He deserves more than what he got, don't cut it short

As a professional who has worked in this field and seen first-hand the multiplicity of devastation that substance abuse heaps upon our society, I wholeheartedly believe that serving his entire sentence is Jordan Stewart's only hope of making any real change for his betterment. Awarding Mr.Stewart parole at this time, or any future, would not only compromise any hope for his sobriety but also any chance for sole-searching or rehabilitation. We must also, as a society, deal with the issue of death due to substance abuse - be it a murder committed during a crime to finance drug use, accidental (or intentional) overdose/suicide, vehicular manslaughter. In this case, Joshua Hanna was the person who died in a horrific car accident. Mr. Hanna was a completely innocent person living a good, spiritual, loving, purposeful life. Drugs and alcohol were simply not a part of his life. We must let Mr. Jordan Stewart and every other citizen of Harford County know that we consider the taking of another person's life is not acceptable.

i also lost a brother to inpaired driving and have had problems with courts and not serving the justice that was due! I will pray for your family!

he definitely has not served enough time to fit the crime. He should have to serve the entire five years.
