I just founf out that ODSP is violating the Canadian chart of Rights and Freedoms Act secition 7 and 15
7. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof.
15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.
Marginal note:Affirmative action programs
(2) Subsection (1) does not preclude any law, program or activity that has as its object the amelioration of conditions of disadvantaged individuals or groups including those that are disadvantaged because of race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability. (84)

Someone actually needs it and they deny it but have a drug problem and here you go you have earned it...wow smh. I will sign it for sure.

It's dissapointing to see someone in need have the government that is supposed to protect him turn their backs. This needs to be fixed.

I was on ODSP, and am now a functioning member of society thanks to their patience and help. However, there are people with permanent issues that ODSP seems to be dismissing. This is horrible. Don't do this to the citizens who clearly rely on us as a province, and on you to exist, and live.

The more signatures the better chance that this will be reviewed by the federal government. So they can override the ODSP's decision
