Its a grandiose egoistic white elephant project that will be difficult to maintain. NMA has so many important issues to address and I believe this gargantuan edifice should be at the bottom of the list!

Everything about Nigeria is shameful.
There is massive brain in the country , poor welfare and working conditions for doctors, poor remuneration, strife between doctors and other health workers. All an association can think of is how to squeeze neck of those who are not privileged enough to leave the country but sacrifice daily to keep the country health sector out of total collapse.
What stupid building are we talking about.?
The money will be stolen by those old people. The wrecked the hospitals with their corruption. They collaborated with non doctors and politicians to embezzle money meant for teaching hospitals in the name of being professors .
Imagine big doctors who have practised for more than 30yrs, who have embezzelded for years paying 40k and someone who is yet to settle down as a doctor due to poor salary paying 20k. What a ratio? What an injustice ? What an act of wickedness.
No to stupid LEVY.

This is illegal and should be stopped at all cost. I hardly know the roles and responsibilities of NMA to average doctor. It is more or less a political body. Does NMA know how many doctors are employed in Nigeria?. Concerned doctors should all groom up and go to court on this matter. This is outright nonsense and lack merit.

It's not acceptable, Use the NMA monthly dues by member states and alsocall the members in politics to raise the money instead of defrauding the poor members in the name of NMA Building.

Every generation solves its generational problem. If the current generation of Nigeria doctors allows this obnoxious NMA dues to stand, then so be it
