NMA should demonstrate better accountability and transparency. Their public perception is at an all time low currently. Because of this I say no to their planned deductions/levy.

Considering the number of doctors in Nigeria, I am of the opinion that NMA building levy should be generated from dues and other forms of registration.

What has practice got to do with a building?
There are many problems facing the doctor in Nigeria including financial poverty.

I am strongly against this one-time biulding levy until previous monies paid by members of NMA are accounted for. After this is done, the building levy if still considered necessary should be paid over a period of years ranging between 2-3 years so that monies paid will be seen utilized in biulding the secretariat to a reasonable level since the secretariat cannot be finished by one NMA executive regime before further payments are made to that effect.

Very, very unfair. Believe the NMA accounts should be audited at every level regularly.

This is absurd. It shouldn't be a prerequisite to update one's practicing licence.

I am vehemently against this satanic ploy to rob people of their hard earned money.
This means that doctors from Kogi, Osun etc will not renew.
Kogi doctors have suffered perennially with no intervention from NMA.
Osun doctors have been on half salary for years with no help from N!A.
IF U CANT HELP, DONT WORSEN THE SITUATION.
WHEN DID MDCN BECOME A TOOL IN THE HAND OF NMA?
THIS IDEA MUST DIE.
