Why is MTN doing us like this

Even they have started charging exorbitantly if you PULL money from your Bank Account to your Momo. And they charge again if you transact any business with the balance of the same money for which you were already charged during PULLING, so same amount, double charges.

The rate which tge data last have been reduced and the cost of the date is up and quantity also reduced. Thus is totally wrong. Your data can't work for you as it's first within a minutes, your data bundle is down and restarting for another....... they should remember we also work to get money before buying data though they didn't force as to buy the Sim but do the needful.... Thank you.

MTN Data charges in Ghana are over the roof, considering I have lived in other parts of the world.

1 Poor and inconsistent payment of commission to Momo agents. 2 increment in communication charges without notification.
