`Mr. Crain does not deserve this. He is caring, honest, humble, and does his best with good intentions to only help people better their lives. And he already has physical/medical complications with himself and his children. He provides great knowledge and lets his students interact rather than just to only learn from words printed on paper. He applies realistic perspective, honest concern with and for his students, and does his darnest to do what he can for people. It is unfair that he's being fired for a simple goof from an learning pupil. He had commented of the unfair treatment and apparent absence of "equitable treatment" in Crestview Highschool a couple times before. He deserves a second chance, and mistakes can be recovered from by simply taking preparation and caution for future circumstances of similar context. He is a great and far better than good person. He should have his job back. We enjoy having him around and he doesn't seem to dislike the idea of sticking around a little longer too. He's the mentor that most of us don't have in our lives. He truly is "irreplaceable", and will be missed if it turns out that he doesn't come back. He's more than just an Electrical Engineering teacher to us. Inspirational, he is.

How can a mans job be taken for the most minute mistake of another. So your telling me that if a teacher at CHS pulls into work late that Mary Beth Jackson will fire Mr. Day for that teachers mistake? This is just asinine, were is the equitable treatment here? Fellow students have said that Mr. Crain was in shop and quickly corrected the students actions on the day in question. Then some of the welding students said that a student in their class actually used a torch and burned a kid severely, they said he got branded. Now in this supposed incident the welding instructor was sitting behind his computer in the class and not even in shop. The welding teacher didnt even receive a letter of consequence let alone being fired. Again i ask you where is the equitable treatment? Though im only a student but i realize that the teachers at CHS have little clicks and apearnetly if your in the right one, the rules dont apply or a least arent enforced the same way. I had Mr. Crain and he wasn't into any of that type stuff, he was there for us.
It really is inconceivable that this happened.

MR. Crain should not be fired from his job. He has done nothing but help me and my family, by helping me with other school classes tutoring, he has also helped me learn how to frame houses, wire them up, and know all the safety regulations. Mr. Crain has helped me with life role topics he has helped me get through some hard times and was someone i can trust and talk to! There is no way another teacher can come in and do what he does as a eletrical wiring teacher. He fits the job great! And ill refuse to let him get fired over something so dumb! CRAIN NEEDS THAT JOB AND I WANT HIM AS MY TEACHER! He has been the most helpful and great teaching teacher i have ever had!

Crain has done a lot of good things taught us new stuff mostly a chill teacher he taught us what dc and ac means and it’s differences taught us the different wires and where they go to a switch or outlet and taught safety regulations at job sites

Mr. Crain is our high school eletrical teacher who has not only taught us how to wire house necessities and solar panels but taught us a lot about life and how to be a better person. All his students over the years have had nothing but great experience and learned more than just electrical. Although a student was too high on a ladder he has always made sure we are safe because he cares about our safety and has always made sure we’re doin the right things in his classroom.

Mr. Crain is the best teacher I’ve ever had in all of my years of school. He new his stuff when it came to electrical wiring and anything to do with building houses. He didn’t just teach us about electrical wiring, but about life. He took his time after school to help me wire my new speakers. Mr. Crain is an awesome teacher and definitely deserves his job at Crestview Highschool. I don’t see anyone replacing his seat.

Mr. Crain was a teacher of mine before I enlisted after highschool. Even now I hear great things about him from other students that participate in his class to date he has a plethora of knowledge. Kids are going to get hurt in the real world come work on the flight line and see things happen.

I'm a student at CHS and Mr.Crain should NOT be fired for this. He was only letting students have a more realistic look at the jobs that come with electricity unlike most classes at CHS, this one actually helps and being too high on a ladder is ridiculous... we're High Schoolers that are about to go into the real world, not middle or elementary schoolers, if anything Mr. Craine was letting the student be more prepared for the real world

Mr Crain is by far a great teacher because of him and what he taught me I pursued a electrical career and I’m good at it I know exactly what I’m doing he taught me all the safety I need and because of that I’ve been safe in my opinion mr Crain deserves to stay. This is completely ridiculous. It’s an electrical class, in the real world your going to be up on ladders for some jobs and indefinitely for this job. Mr. Crain doesn’t deserve to be fired for letting a students experience realistic points in a job and showing us some things that will help us in life, unlike most classes in todays world.
