The new board of the organisation ESN UP Olomouc have decided to move the event known as Language Exchange to the S-klub.

There were no reasonable grounds for this change due to the fact that the previous venues have always run smoothly and guaranteed satisfaction among visitors.

S-klub is not a suitable place for Language Exchange based on these observations:

• S-klub is a location for parties, while Language Exchange is rather a social meetup. Therefore there is a risk of miscomprehension and problems with intoxicated individuals.
• The space is not suitable for this kind of event, considering its long narrow shape and it is not providing comfortable sitting or area to put tables for standing efficiently.
• The technical equipment of S-klub does not seem to be sufficient to organize Karaoke and Quiz nights, whereas Buddy's Bar provides several LCD screens.

We call on ESN UP Olomouc to change the location of Language Exchange event back to the Buddy's Bar & Music Club.
