Mandatory winter uniform will not be feasible for people commuting from long distance like nowadays I'm wearing 7 clothes which will not be possible with that blazer and sweater and hence we can catch cold
Coat, sweater and tie are really unnecessary, wearing the college shirt is sufficient enough. The coat really doesn't block any cold, what if really does is loot the students and parent and advertise the college by its logo on the chest pocket.
