We, the students of the college, respectfully express our concern regarding the decision to make the college uniform mandatory. While we understand the intent to maintain discipline and uniformity, this policy places an additional financial burden on students, as the uniform is costly and compulsory. Many students already manage academic expenses, and enforcing a uniform adds to this strain without being essential to the quality of education or learning environment. College education encourages individuality, responsibility, and maturity, and students should be trusted to dress appropriately without strict enforcement. We therefore request the administration to reconsider this decision or make the uniform optional, keeping in mind the financial, practical, and personal concerns of the student body.

As a last year student I feel it’s not worth buying the costly winter uniform. I am very much agreeing to wear just the shirt that we are wearing since 1st year I request to please take this order of wearing full uniform back.

For last-year students, winter is almost coming to an end, and buying a proper winter uniform for just a few remaining days is not worth it. Also, in extreme cold weather, wearing only a blazer is not sufficient to protect us during daily travel. A warm jacket is necessary, but it is not practical to carry an extra jacket every day. There are several other difficulties as well. Therefore, making the proper winter uniform compulsory at this stage is not appropriate.
