I am currently finalizing a formal complaint for the Central Bank and our regulators. Associated Motor Finance PLC (AMF) was amalgamated with Arpico Finance PLC (ARPI) without any manipulation by the majority owners. SEC and CSE should take immediate action and suspend LOFC trading until merger is completed.
I’m very disappointed as share holder of LOFC N .all acquisitions are made unfair way to minority shareholders of Lofc
Check the NAV of both shares, how can justify 1 to 55 ratio, this is not ethical at all
This a white collar crime by manupulation of share price by LOLC group. CSE must look into this matter.
On 18th Jan i had NAV 6,915,000 worth shares but IN robbed Rs. 2,265,000 NAV on very next day. Now i have only 4,650,000 worth NAV for same share
Hidden hands in the amalgamation process. Minority share holders are at the loosing end.
Unreal and unethical
