Petition Against Fueled Farm Brewery- Middleburg, VA

This brewery proposal, if approved, will create additional traffic hazard and congestion and is not related to farm industry as per the intent of the zoning regs

There is nothing “farm” about this proposal. No wheat or hops are grown or can be grown to support this proposal. . It’s just an excuse for a booze themed, event center.

We already have a brewery in Middleburg, we don’t need another one.

This proposed commercial establishment and others attempting to locate in our community will forever compromise and change the rural character we so value and fiercely protect. Additionally, our homes and animals relay on wells and the groundwater. Large commercial businesses are very likely to severely compromise this valuable resource and without water our farms won’t survive.

I strongly oppose the proposed Fueled Farm Brewery. It would negatively impact the local area as well as the larger community of Middleburg.

We need to preserve the peace of our countryside. This should be in a town building !

Strongly opposed to this project

As a former resident of this area, this proposed “farm brewery” is exactly the type of business that is changing the fabric of that special area. On a recent visit, I was overwhelmed by the development and the loss of green space. They are few areas like this left. Stop this before the problems are created, rather than trying to fix them after.

Shouldn’t happen. I’m against a venue of this nature since it disrupts my peaceful farm and the surrounding farms with animals

we have enough wineries and breweries along Route 50! Enough is enough!

I live 1/2 mile west and am concerned about the added traffic and people drinking and driving.

This will destroy the atmosphere of the local rural community. 10 acres is far too small for this scale of operation.

Middleburg doesn't need or likely even want a brewery there

Middleburg is a unique town, let's not ruin it with a roadside bar pretending to be a 'farm'.............

Nothing to do with agriculture! Completely irresponsible and totally inappropriate.

There is nothing quiet about this idea if they are asking for parking for 150 cars! It's a roadside bar and breweries smell like hell!

Middleburg is a special place. Put this type of outfit elsewhere.
