Very dirty smell coming especially during summer time. Please take a proper dumping process and do not make unhealthy environment for the neighborhood

It has been very severe foul smell in our ELCOT Avenue Apartment ( Euphoria). It is unbearable and unable to sleep in the night time. Please take some action. I think it impacts health of the people also.
