Woods Birch Hazel Residents' Assocation
Hiland Woods
New Town
Kolkata - 700157

Dear Sir

This has come to our notice that some of the owners of Birch & Hazel have been leasing their apartments for commercial purpose. We have already seen apartments being turned into Hostel / Mess or Guesthouse which is affecting the quality of life as well well as security of the complex. This also brings down the profile & value of the complex.

We have also come to know that CDAK in association with Sikkim Manipal University is planning to house their students in some of the leased out apartments. It is to be pointed out that Kingfisher Training Academy has also taken three apartments on lease and using it as a hostel for their students. This has compromised the quality of utilities & services along with security within the premises

As owner of an apartment in Birch - Hazel, Hiland Woods, strongly oppose these developments and request you to take corrective measures.

Thanking you.

Yours truely

Ridiculous. We bought homes here to live in peace not to deal with hostels and messes in our own hallways. Fix this.

This is a residential complex not a hotel. Really worried about safety with so many strangers around all the time. Need to stop this now.
