Out of character and not necessary. Surely a school club could use the money for this expenditure.

A sign is not necessary, doesn’t fit in the neighborhood, and money is more useful for other purposes.

Please don’t install this sign. It will look terrible and it’s such a financial and environmental waste.

Please don't erect such an unnecessary sign. The location is a beautiful, historical & peaceful neighborhood. Don't make it look commercial with this or like Las Vegas! The $$$ should be distributed elsewhere within the school.

Collected school taxes should be applied toward something educationally or socially progressive.

I do not trust that the reader board will be designed to fit the neighborhood aesthetic. An LED readerboard will be a constant eyesore.

Please don’t put one of those ugly bright signs up. Light pollution. Vegas style lighting.

Please- no reader board. 15th st gets busy before school starts and when it ends. The sign would be a big distraction for a narrow street with kids/parents/dogs/neighbors all around.

We do not need to make this electric. Save energy and save the planet

Lowell is a historic school in a residential neighborhood. A sign of this kind is a blight on our historic district. Moreover, it is likely to distract drivers dropping off children and to impact the safety of children arriving and departing from school.
