The green space is the charm of this neighborhood. It is peaceful and why we moved there. Over developing the area will greatly effect the value of homes.

No No No!!!! There is more than enough low income housing in the northland. And those areas are known for higher crime rates. This is a terrible idea!!!

We live in an area that feels safe and quiet. Our children go to a school funded by the higher tax rates that we, as homeowners, gladly pay to support a strong educational environment. Relocating families from the inner city into the suburbs is absurd. Residents residing in this area have worked hard to pay for nice homes and safe, quiet neighborhoods. This development does not belong in the Northland. Redevelop the inner city land that they have already tore up. If they want to live in the Northland, I strongly suggest getting a job, quit living off the system, and then pay for a place to live in this area like the rest of us.

This is not needed in this part of the Kansas City North area.

Moving low income people to middle class neighborhoods doesn't help, it allows crime, to happen and lazy parents who let their children run wild.

Schools will be overcrowded, we don't need any low income/section 8 housing up in the northland. No thank you!

Too many kids are already crowded into our schools. Teachers are overwhelmed as it is. Sorry but no thanks
