The plaza and midtown are overrun with violent crime. We don't need murders, robberies, and assaults in zona rosa and the new mall that will be just across the street from this.

If the Inter city folks want to live up north, they need to get an education and find a job that will support the life style. This idea is even worse than bussing kids out of the ghetto into  the suburbs. These forced redistributions of wealth always fail but then it is too late to turn back and we get taxed to death trying to keep these programs afloat! Learn from history or repeat the same failures again!

Northland use to be such a great place to live and raise kids, it should be a pleasure living here and something that's not just handed to ones for having no jobs and kids. Keep them people in the inner city and out of the Northland!

This project needs to be done at a location that has a bunch of things within walking distance. Build it downtown like the lofts right? Lots of things in walking distance, free Streetcar rides and lots of jobs.

This is a poor choice for the current residences of Chouteau-- changes their school district, provides poor access to needed services, makes transportation a nightmare for them for work and to attend school and extracurricular activities for their children as well as not providing any sense of community or cultural support
