Everyone deserves access to a better education, safer neighborhoods for their kids etc. That being said, not everyone wants to work towards better for themselves & their communities. I've worked hard to keep my family in a safer better environment than I had growing up. We moved 8 years ago from the same area you are wanting to move this housing project from. Now the northland has become home, I don't want to live anywhere else. I ask from years of personal experience please don't jeopardize our community.

The city government is intentionally spreading crime throughout the city with projects like this PLUS since the Kansas City School District is a complete and total failure this is an opportunity to dump the failed students into the other 13 school districts in the city.

Will have a very negative impact on the entire Kansas City North area as a whole.

This petition makes many great points that I hadn't even thought about. Pathfinder has already been expanding to hold kids in reasonably sized classes. We're not prepared for anther high density development.

As a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Missouri for over 30 years I can tell you unequivocally that this project would have a severe negative impact on the Northland if allowed to proceed.

I don't believe this is a good proposal and will bring no benefit to the northland

This would be a horrible idea for the northland. We need to build places that will increase property value not decrease!!!!!!

Go to school, then go to college, then get a job, save your money, then move into our neighborhood, like we all did, but don't ship people where they don't belong !

Please call David Brint of lead developer Brinshore Development, LLC and tell him how you feel about this project 1 (847) 562-9400 #5052. The last time he got so much oposition he withdrew permits in the northland please inform him that nothing has changed!!!

Nobody wants this development in the Northland. Our schools, property values and our safety are at risk. The developer needs to stay in his own city. Don't screw up ours. No thanks and you can keep it. Plus $300,000 per unit sounds like a real ripoff of tax payer money.
