I've leaved in the Northeast area. I've seen first-hand what gos on! The Northland well be a blood bath, the communities by where you're suggesting to locate this will not let this happen this will not be a good idea.

Please do not allow this proposed housing proposition pass. Detrimental to housing of northland area and increased flow to affect not only housing, schools, traffic flow and many other aspects.

I recently had the opportunity to drive through one of project areas east of downtown to go to an office. I have to say I was very afraid. Two policemen had someone along the road in handcuffs and there were people just seeming to be hanging around. I did not feel safe for myself or my property. I have to say I hope I don't have to go down there again. It was much worse than I had anticipated. I would not like that kind of a residential area close to my home. I also consider my house, not only a home, but an investment. If a housing area such as this goes in close by, I would anticipate my investment going downhill quickly. I also do not believe we have the kind of transportation system needed and our schools are having trouble keeping up with our current growth patterns.
