I would like to see police reports regarding activity at Choteau Courts, and a statement from the north patrol on whether they have the manpower or funds to handle the transference of that activity to the northland. This is far enough from my house that my property value will likely not be affected, but crime is everyone's problem. I'm not saying I assume these individuals in need are criminals, unless the police tell me they are or are known to have associations with criminals.

No! We already have enough of theses in this area. We already have the Englewood housing as well as many of the townhomes on N. London by Southeast Elementary are HUD/Section 8.

This is the impact of the redevelopment of downtown!!! They want to relocate all the low income developments to the subs ( or as far away from downtown) so they can buy up all those properties for nothing, redevelop, and make millions! How is it that politicians become wealthy........the answer is right in front of you! This is all about money and low income voters. I'm sick of this crap ( diversity.%>@&$

I am against this building project. Other locations would be more suitable.

The infrastructure of this area can not support this! The wildlife can not take the encroachment! The roads with school traffic are becoming a parking lot as it is now! And the water runoff from a development of this nature would be detrimental to the surrounding waterways!

We have enough crime in the north and very little city services & little police.
I worked in and out of those "Chouteau Projects" for many years and it is bad! It is full of Guns, Gangs, Drugs, Hold-up Suspects, Burglars, Sex crime, Etc..
Send it further south.
The city council, Cleaver, Brooks, & Mayor didn't think we would find out about this plan..
Go Away!

I've seen the devistation such a move makes. It is Not Good for this commuity. They will not feel at home here. This area will never be the same. Look what happned to Center School District. It went from a Premier District to one struggling for accreditation. Banister Mall downfall as well. It was scary shopping there.in the evenings with all the groups of kids hanging out.
Find a place closer to where they live now.

Keep this out of the northland. I lived I. Northeast and saw it become destroyed by low income housing. Bad idea
