Do not allow this high density development. We do not have infrastructure to accommodate this type of development. It will negatively effect our public services, schools, police and fire protection, and traffic congestion.

No more section 8 on the northland. We already have too much crime and no police support for the thugs they have already brought into our neighborhoods. keep the trash where it belongs, the inner city!

I am requesting that absolutely no HUD housing be around our area!! We work hard to keep this area nice and crime free.

We don't need any more low cost housing in the Northland. Too many section8 now!

Seriously, don't we have enough going on already... rebuild midtown and south...

Rather than relocate, shouldn't that money be used to rebuild the community in the south? Paseo, Prospect, Troost has lots of available property that can be aquired for next to nothing. Our taxes and infrastructure can't support this, and they're already high. We bought our home in the Northland to have a quiet suburban home to raise our children and putting in such a large Section 8 housing complex is sure to decrease property values and the quality of established neighborhoods.

Studies have indicated an increase in crime/decrease in property values in neighborhoods that were doing fine before these large relocations were made. However, these same studies found property values went up/crime decreased in areas that were struggling before this kind of relocation was made. Something for the city to consider.
