STOP KANSAS CITY FROM ALLOWING BRINSHORE DEVELOPMENT HOUSING TO BUILD BY NORTH PLATTE PURCHASE NEIGHBORHOODS

Absolutely not a good idea. The Northland has been on a slow decline for many years with crime increasing. Things have been looking brighter with new developments. This will definitely increase the crime rate.

I oppose this development, there are no facilities to support this. No transportation, no grocery within walking distance. There are plenty of vacant properties in Kansas City that offer those a place to shop and transportation to work.

Do not ruin KC north.

We were told when we bought our lot that backs to the woods in Timber Hills that the woods could not be developed. There is much wildlife back there (turkeys, deer, raccoons, etc) that will be displaced.

Basically they want to bring MORE crime north of the river!!!

Put the development back where you found it. It does not belong in our neighborhood.

We already have enough low-income/income-assistance housing in this area. Crime is up, services are down. BUILD SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

This development is completely out of character for this area. I was shocked to hear of it.

Studies have shown that Sec. 8 housing has negative impacts on the community around it and leads to drug use

It will bring property value down by doing this. And the crime rate will increase.

The crime needs to be contained and not dispersed through the city. Horrible idea!

Northtown already has a HUGE amount of sec 8 and apartments

Keep that over in the area where it resides please!
