Lee Sin is one of, if not the most balanced champion. Strong early game but weak late, and a huge skillcap to compensate. If you're good, your early is incredible and late is still good, if not you are weak at all stages in the game. He does not need a rework, or any tweaks at all. Please, don't touch him.
