This can increase the risk of accidents as children arrive at and leave the school if the driveway has restricted sight lines.

I am concerned regarding the increased number of vehicles parking on Lincoln Street and the subsequent effects on traffic flow and safety during school hours.

What does the school have to say? What about the Ed dept? Totally against this ridiculous development. If council approves this then widen the street. The street is already at capacity when school is on. The street is a danger zone with cars so close to each other.

It's too many houses and cars in a small area.

It is not appropriate to build a development if this density next to a school in an already crowded street. This is a small residential street and school traffic is very heavy. Parking is limited.

These are not family friendly developments and should be located next to high density zoned areas, close to mainline public transport. Certainly not next to a school.

We are concerned about the limited on site parking provision for both the occupants and visitors to the proposed development especially given the vicinity to the school . Lincoln St is a very narrow street and is already experiencing significant hazards especially at school drop off and pick up times. On street parking is already fully utilised even on weekends both due to the use of school as well as Vimeria Rd residents choosing to park in Lincoln St rather than the busy Vimeria Rd. Lincoln St already has a number of medium density residences . The proposed development also overlooks a Primary School and fails to protect the privacy of the small children attending this school.

Townhouse right next to school campus, kids privacy not protected. Potential more traffic blocking school zone.
